Here are a few exercises that you can participate in. 1.Chair-leg lift 2.Resistance Band- strengthen joints and weak areas of the muscles. 3.Walk in place 4.Towel stretch-good for back pain and leg muscles. 5.Yoga stretch- helps stimulate muscles, breathing technique, allow oxygen to flow properly through the body. 6.Elipitcal-can be used at your pace. 7.Treadmill- help with balance.
