Latest Update From More Hands On deck - 2 Firefighters about to Sail the World

We just received the latest update from Kevin and Tyler, the two firefighters about to embark on sailing around the world.

"Committing to the unknown taught us the importance of being humble and gave us the courage to fuel our passion to live life to the fullest. We are two small town firefighters who left everything behind to take an epic journey and follow our wildest dreams. All we knew was the mountains but the sea was calling. We believe in ourselves, people, and the power of Destiny. We are surfers, artists and musicians with a passion for helping others and the environment. We hope our films will inspire others to follow their hearts."To follow their story from the beginning and earlier videos Check this Out and then head to their Website More Hands On Deck

Kevin and Tyler also helped out with Urban Surf 4 Kids.

Check their video below."Urban Surf 4 Kids is a unique outreach organization that works with orphans and foster kids. Using water sports as a catalyst, we teach kids how to first have fun and then give back to their communities and neighborhoods through local service projects"

Surfing the Mexican Boat Yard

"When life gives you a challenge you have to accept the fact that it will not be easy to conquer it. In this episode, we evaluate what it will take to fix our boat that has been neglected for years and get it sail ready in less than 2 months. We realized that if you decide on a deadline you should probably double it when it comes to boat work, especially because time runs a little slower down here in Mexico. We also learned that if you don't take a day off you will get burned out, so we headed over to Todos Santos to surf with the organization Urban Surf 4 Kids. They teach foster youth how to surf as well as motivate them to a positive life. We made the best we could out of the boat yard life but we are more than excited to be back in the water. Watch our journey as we sail around the world!"  Tyler and Kevin
